Quinn did an excellent job trying to troubleshoot my issue, but sadly I need a replacement collar. Quinn quickly initiated a replacement collar for me, confirmed my address and contact info. Quinn did an excellent job with a wonderful attitude of service and compassion.

We had the invisible fence initially but the wire kept on breaking. For us it was a no brainer to switch to the Halo collar. It works great for our dog as well as our neighbors dog and some friends after they saw how well it worked for our dogs. My dog respects the indoor and outdoor beacons as well. Halo customer service has always been very responsive to our questions and concerns!
