Halo collar was just what we needed. We have acreage and I drew a fence around just where I want to keep my dog. Training is easy and Toby caught on very quickly. He doesn’t need the collar anymore as he stays in the boundaries, but I use it for peace of mind. I highly recommend this collar! One of the best investments I ever made.

It’s a great product and gets better with every software update. Need an Apple Watch App to control fence on/off.

I believe I was (sort of) lucky with my experience. I had lost my voice for the 2 months prior to getting my Halo. I had gotten a cheap feedback collar from Amazon, as I couldn’t yell or call the pup. Fortunately, I had been using this collar precisely in the same manner the Halo suggested thru training. So, when I finally got the Halo, I kinda skipped most of the training sequences on the App. Strapped it on him the first day, and let him rip. He quickly learned his new boundaries and so far, best thing I’ve purchased in quite awhile. He’s only escaped one time, as some stray dogs were trotting down the road, but thanks to the GPS, I was able to hop in the SXS, and quickly track him down. Too easy!

I really like the product and it keeps my 2 dogs within the boundaries of our 30 acres we defined.

The customer service representative was more than nice, just plain really really nice. Helpful and thoughtful in meeting what I needed done. I don't remember the exact date so I just put the lst.
