Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of your pet, and we apologize for any inconvenience you've faced. Unwanted feedback can often be prevented by ensuring the following: Proper collar fitment on your dog GPS Initialization GPS Signal level adjustments Additionally, you can set up a beacon in the area where the unwanted feedback occurs and place that beacon on the "Ignore Fences" function in the settings. This can help prevent any feedback from occurring where it should not. We would like to investigate this issue further and see how we can make it right. we live on about 500 acres and a lot of…
we live on about 500 acres and a lot of wooded with lake access to majority of the acreage. however, on the other side is a four lane hwy. our dogs have been awesome and safe with the halo collars. we are so thankful.

This collar has literally changed our…
This collar has literally changed our lives! It is very easy to use- training the dogs is very easy if you follow the steps! We are now able to let our dogs out for a good portion of the day. They are more fit and happy than ever!
