RC was very helpful. Super nice and gave me trust in the collar again. He's a darn good guy. The collar is working now, let's hope it continues to work. The unreliability of collar has me concerned. This is my second collar in 2 months as the first one quit charging.

Lindsey was ever so helpful and was able to do diagnostics on the collar while I was on the phone with her. She could see the collar was not working properly and initiated a return while we were still talking. Also I told Lindsey and do want to say I have been very pleased with the way the collar has worked with my standard poodle. I chose the collar instead of a fence due to budget but also chose this collar over others because I didnt feel it would harm him. He learned quickly (and not just because he is brilliant) but he has not ventured outside of the boundary but a few times.

We had just received our collar and could not get it to connect all the way to our WiFi. Through a live video call, with Traveon, we were able to diagnose the issue and figure out it was actually an issue with the unit we got. Tray and Lindsey were quick to help me through ordering a replacement fully covered by our warranty, and approve what we needed. Can’t wait to get the new collar in after having such a great experience with customer service right from the start.

I love my Halo collars! I have three dogs (Labrador, Pitt mix, GSP) and they all do wonderfully with the Halo system. The freedom these collars grant my dogs and the peace of mind they give me is immeasurable. The training was easy and effective, and I find the whole system very easy to use. I have a camp in a remote area of northern Maine (lots of woods, little to no cell service) and the collars work great there too! The ability to make fences in multiple areas is so convenient when traveling.
