Jaqueline was fantastic! I called for help because my app glitched during collar setup and I couldn’t rectify it. Jaqueline knew the app inside and out, walked me through a semi complicated process, and was patient, thoughtful and extraordinarily helpful! Thanks so much!!

Jacqueline was very clear at giving directions and explaining what was happening with the collar. She also gave me a next step to follow if we continue having issues.

Jackie was a great rep to talk with, very friendly and helpful. If I owned the company I would hire her :-). This was the second time calling for assistance and I am totally pleased. Thank you Halo! After seeing how our dog has done with the colar our neighbor bought one for their dog and are also very happy with how quickly their dog learned.

I SO appreciate this collar! My Anatolian had been escaping out of our property before we found this collar, so this has literally been a life saver. The Customer Service support has been amazing and quick to help me with any issues. I have recommended this collar over and over to many of my friends!
