RC was extremely helpful and calm even though I was worried. It was excellent to receive such immediate help right away and I was able to fully understand him no delay in voice or video and no language barrier. Halo customer service is the best customer service there is. Thanks RC you are awesome

The halo collar has worked well for my 2 dogs. They know their boundaries and the training module was instrumental in prepping my dogs for using the collar. I can now let the outside with confidence.
