My experience with JC was very positive. She was helpful, informative, and very polite

Having to get an interlock system isn't anyone's idea of a good day but Guardian Interlock made it as painless as possible. They were efficient, professional and respectful. The installer that they have partnered with was extremely professional and made an otherwise upsetting situation much better

Process was simple, well explained, able to get next day install...I don't recommend having an interlock but if you need one then use this one.

The system needs to be revised so its not as dangerous to other motor vehicles having to blow while going high speeds on the freeway is extremely dangerous and should be illegal.

Tawanda Rozier was amazing and helped us through the entire process, but when I called back and spoke with another rep they said the place we had made our appointment was closed and they were unable to set up another appointment. That was very upsetting. They gave us lots of inaccurate information, were unable to set up another appointment anywhere and were just overall terrible. The only reason I am giving this review 4 stars is because of Tawanda Rozier following up with us and clarifying all the information and helping us reset our appointment. Tawanda should get 5 stars but due to the total lack of knowledge and inaccurate information from the other customer service I am rating 4 stars.
