This device can’t tell the difference between food & alcohol.... being charged for an innocent violation up front is ridiculous... programming & design of the product is Mickey Mouse. Need to hire some real engineers instead of some back yard wanta be engineer. Driving & using this device continuously during a route presents a driving hazard & safe driving wasn’t a priority.

We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. All Ignition Interlock Device (IID) settings are dictated by state regulations. Please note that the IID (including all companies' IIDS and police breathalyzers) will register any trace of alcohol from any source containing it - this is how the device effectively ensures an impaired individual is not able to start a vehicle, and how we are able to confidently state the Guardian ignition interlock is fulfilling its purpose.
When I went to Lykins Tire and Auto for my monthly calibration, my vehicle information had been erased. It took 2 and half hours and a long conversation with customer service to get things straightened out. I've had nothing but ongoing problems with Guardian and don't recomend them. The customer service representative was a rock star!

The employee who I used to deal with for the last 2 years is not longer there,. His replacement was rude and insisted that Corporate would not make any changes to assist me rather than answering the question that I actually had. He did not represent Guardian Interlock in a professional manner after I had already been under tremendous stress over having to re-install after being told to remove it. He could have done a much better job and hope that he does not make everyone that comes through the way he made me and my wife feel

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We have escalated your concerns about our Guardian service location for our CO manager to look into.
I was told by Guardian that my appointment was confirmed at Duane's Autoshop. When I arrived at Duane's, I was informed that they told Guardian that they could no longer access their system and would be unable to complete my installation. Guardian never informed me of this and I had to drive completely across town to another location to have the device installed.
