If I could give it no stars I would. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! They take your money and stop answering your calls. All of their telephone numbers online are to personal phone number not to a business. They blocked me and my husbands number on the day of pick up. WORST MISTAKE EVER.

BAIT & SWITCH. bunch of scam artists. Don't ever expect your deposit refunded either. They quoted me $750, told me they "guaranteed" that price with no surprises. After I paid the deposit, the price jumped up to $2100. They'll tell you everything you want to hear but they don't hold their word. Over promise and under deliver, and they always had excuses to why their driver cancelled and had to dispatch a new driver. They run Prime Car Ship as well, same people, same BS. Stay away from these people. I understand that the auto transport industry is like this, but up front honesty is all I'm asking for, which is not what these guys are about. Read the other comments and trust all the negative 1 star reviews.

LIARS, SCAMMERS, After quoting one price at $795 it changed to $3000 shortly before pick up. When my husband asked for his deposit back they continued to HARRASS him. My husband would block one number and then they would text from another number, they did this 6 TIMES!!!!!! then the emails and phone calls started... I spoke to this jerk on the phone from Groupon Freight and he told me they would charge my credit card and there was nothing I could do about it! Absolutely the WORST experience and so stressful!

I gave this company $200 and found out the hard way that they were PREDATORY BROKERS under the name GROUPON and PRIME SHIPPERS. A complete SCAM BROKERAGE. Spoke to the manager on February 19th about JACOB a SCAM agent and was still denied promised service and pricing thru a BAIT and SWITCH game in which they upped the price on me and stole my money. Avoid by all means BUDDY!

They quoted a price of $625 to ship a car, the day of the shipment they call ed and said the new price was $1700. would not take cancel as an option. They tried to pick up the car even though I cancelled had to have dealer refuse pickup. typical bait and switch.

BAD experience with Groupon Freight LLC. The quote for the transportation of a vehicle was $585.00. With a down payment of $100, which was paid. Then a request for an additional $250 for Insurance (upfront) was requested and paid. When the pickup was being scheduled, the new price was $800. And the $800 had to be paid to the driver and the $350 would be refunded. Then we were told the pickup could NOT happen and it had to be rescheduled. The new new pickup price was $900. Paid to the driver and the $350 would be refunded to us. The vehicle was picked up and delivered. The driver had an invoice stating the cost was $950 with $150 going to Groupon Freight LLC. When we contacted Groupon Freight LLC for the $350 refund, we were told it would NOT be refunded. Even though it was stated in a text message that the $350 would be refunded. All of what I have stated above can be confirmed with the text messages from Groupon Freight LLC.
