Excellent support from GridPane
Excellent support from GridPane. The product is great, and the service was even better. I ran into an issue with my account and then had a refund problem because my card was locked, but Shawn was extremely helpful the whole way through and made sure everything got resolved properly. He went out of his way to get the refund sorted and kept things easy and professional throughout. Really appreciate the level of support. Perfect service.
