Low-quality design. Lack of communication. Doesn't honor refund policy.

BEWARE! Their designers simply took stock graphics from other sites and recycled them for me. Practically 0 communication. Disappointed and frustrated I requested a full refund because I was still within the 14-day trial. Guess what they said? They can't refund me because I "Approved" a design. WARNING, their platform basically forces you to approve a design in order to start something else. Fraudulent method to scam people into negating an ambiguous refund policy that's not written anywhere on your site except hidden in your FAQ. I actually wanted to eventually circle back and give them another try if it weren't for their predatory scam tactics.

As for our designers, we have a really good team that works hard and provides fully custom designs to all of our clients. Our team communicated each time with you when your project became active and whenever you had additional comments for revisions. We had gone through multiple iterations with your design projects. We created everything from logos, custom illustration, a menu, and business card. Out of the work we did you had approved 3 completed projects which had multiple revisions and comments from your end to make our team believe that we were able to meet your requirements once you had approved the project. Our system is built in a way that allows you to download your files so you are completely satisfied with your work before you have to approve the project. This allows for us to make sure we meet all of your requirements beforehand. As for our 14 day risk-free guarantee, it is listed on our FAQs page, on the FAQs on the pricing page as well as our Terms & Conditions page. We are completely transparent about our work and our process to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. The only thing we ask from our customers is to be transparent with us and if we have done something incorrectly, then we can address it to the best of our ability. We were not able to refund your account because of the amount of work our team had done for your account and you implied we did good work that you were satisfied with by approving 3 completed projects. I hope you understand we are trying to serve our clients to the best of our ability but we also have to be fair to our 14 day risk-free guarantee policy and our design team that is working hard each and every day.
