In fact, I applied for another position where I already work, and they declined my application because it didn't state my current employer. Emailed customer service and they told me they have nothing to do with the employer. Typical third-party jargon. They in it for the money, no doubt.

They seem legit. They're powered by a software company called neogov who collaborates with city and state agencies for their hiring process. I clicked on a career link from a state government website and it redirects to governmentjobs.com

This website/company feels like a scam; at best it is phishing. There is no contact/office/company information at all. The unsolicited email I received is a "no reply" address. The 855 phone number was picked up by automated voicemail with a message "there is no one to take your call" and immediately hung up. Totally unacceptable from any business, let alone from a web-based business.
