Year after year their website is useless, makes no sense and crashes. Why do large football organisations like the EBFA and JPL persist with this waste of space company??

so confusing to register and add profiles and family members. the web site stinks. the app stinks. Couldn't get the app to work on my wife's phone.

Paying their way to get State Soccer Organizers (Ohio Soccer Association) to exclusively use their program. Which is a terrible program with so many bugs. The least user friendly interface on something ive used in a long time (early 2000s website were far more polished then this junk. Then if you need help on a time sensitive issue...good luck you may hear back within 48 business hours.

JPL you need to move away from this abysmal, money making scam. The least user friendly system ever. Operates like it was a 15 year olds school project.

A truly awful tool, impossible to use, not even remotely fit for purpose.

Our local kids football league use this company for registrations and it's the worst, most complicated, badly designed process I have come across. Absolutely awful.
