I find that it can take a long time to connect and without notice it drops. I'm usually in the middle of making a purchase and this makes it very inconvenient. I sent a message expressing my concerns and received no response. I am currently looking for another VPN.

I was never able to get the VPN service to work. To be honest, this may not have been entirely GoTrusted's fault as I had some issues with a competitor as well. What did annoy me most was the difficulty in cancelling the service. A note on the home page indicates that you should complete the form in the support area of the site. They do not provide a hyper-link to the support page and I could see no support tab or menu while viewing on a mobile device. I eventually got to it by trying various web addresses with the word "support". In short, I refuse to do business with sites that promise you can cancel at any time and then make it very difficult to actually cancel. I would therefore not recommend GoTrusted.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you had difficulty cancelling your account. The navigation bar for the website should display at the very bottom of the page on mobile, similarly to how it displays on our desktop site. Cancellation requests (and support requests in general) can be sent to [email protected], [email protected], or [email protected] if you have issues reaching the support form or website for any reason.
Signed up for service in China, I could never connect. It was also difficult to communicated with Go Trusted in China, could not reach website or customer service to help. Got blocked when tried.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you had difficulty reaching support. They can be emailed directly at [email protected] if the website isn't reachable. They have specific settings that can help in regions where it's difficult to get a connection within China if you run into the issue again.
I had a paid account with GoTrusted. It was always slow, but manageable. Then today I got slammed with a copyright infringement notice from my ISP. How could that be, I thought? I made sure GoTrusted was working before, during, and after the P2P stream. I'll probably never know exactly what happened, but clearly GoTrusted can't be trusted.

Thank you for your feedback. GoTrusted does not release customer information to third-parties, including a user's ISP. Typically that issue occurs when the client is not connected during a download or upload and your public IP is available.
I started with go trusted a few months ago and had problems continuously. I didn't want to change to another service as I thought they were all the same so I stuck with go trusted. I found that I had about 5-10 minutes of computer use per hour the rest of the time was waiting for go trusted to reconnect what a joke compared to my new service, I wish I had never heard of go trusted and I sure will not mention the name to anyone. please unsubscribe me from any missive's sent by go trusted.

Sorry, but the service does not work. And when required, there was no support. Further, I enrolled for a week trial. And when I wanted to withdraw the same, the support page does not open :( I was charged for the service without using it and I have no plans of using it too. Would appreciate if the money charged to my card is refunded. Thanks.

We have been paying for a service for twelve months that we haven't used since returning form China in January 2014. We should of been contacted on a regular basis to check to see if we still wanted the service instead of just taking a fee each month. Very dishonest
