hi, I'm living in China , and all of us know that teh iternet connection is a very big problem, but after descarge your vpn , and find a lot of problem, i try with some free VPN I have founded on apple store and a lot of time the free vpn is working better then your product.

I attempted to use GoTrusted in China but it would only work for a brief period of time. I asked for help and made a list of ideas which I tried again and again -- I spent about 20 min. each day, trying to get it to work and sometimes it would work for 15 min. or so. Certain methods sometimes worked in certain locations but there was no one method that would work for very long. I could not get it to work in southern China or in Laos. It worked only a few times in Thailand and and almost never in Cambodia or Malaysia. Overall, Gotrusted was a waste of money.

Spent too much time trying to connect. Most times couldn't.

Everyday i get kicked off at least a few times and sometimes for a looooong period Not happy at all and reviewing my membersho[

As far as I am concerned the proof of a VPN performance is in the running of the system, from within a Country which puts up obstacles to free dissemination of the internet. I needed to connect from China, from where Google, Gmail and a host of other websites are on the 'Server not found' or 'Error' list. The performance of Gotrusted is definitely dull and painfully slow here. To establish the connection is a task in itself, while maintaining a connection once connected is a nightmare. The connection drops every few minutes and the whole re-establishment of connection process starts afresh each time. Most times, the software just gives up and asks you to login again..... and again! To add insult to injury, the Gotrusted automatically de-activated my account, when I asked them to not bill me the monthly amount from the next cycle, even though I had a balance of 15 days of use/money left in my account. This was done with a simple terse and rather smug email to me. My account was de-activated on the days I needed it most, as I was doing all my return arrangements!! A strongly worded email to their Support email address, resulted in a manual re-activation with a rather vague explanation of why and how the de-activation was done. The 2 days lost due to the screw up, were also added to the remaining days...... meanwhile it was time to return home to the free internet, which rendered the whole exercise useless. Not the happiest of Customers at this time, I guess!!!

When working of course I absolutely love it but lately I have been unable to log onto the gotrusted secure server so of course I'm unsatisfied. Thank you

I am a citizen in China and I have applied 7-day free trial of GoTrusted; however, I can only get access to google but never to Gmail or Facebook or YouTube.

The product worked ok, but kept disconnecting. Also, you charged my credit card when I was on a 30 day trial, which is not even up yet. I expect to be refunded for that amount.
