GoodvilleReviews of goodville.com

I need to change the mailing address for my mother's Homeowner Policy. The website is down. The agent doesn't answer the phone or respond to voicemail. Calling the main number in New Holland, PA only led to NOTHING. These people are useless and do not have any regard for the customer. Try a company with better customer service.

Goodville Mutual denied our claim after significant porch damage following nearby excavation work — despite evidence that the cracks got worse during the insured period. Their hired engineer conducted a brief visual-only inspection, performed no vibration or soil testing, and concluded it wasn’t their problem. The company refused to share the claim adjuster’s documentation, offering only the engineer’s carefully framed report. They made zero effort to investigate the cause or take our concerns seriously. It felt like a preset denial process with no transparency and no real interest in the homeowner. Do not trust Goodville Mutual to protect your property — they’ll protect themselves first.
