Your prices don't natch the app on my phone. When the pharmacy scans my med it's higher then my app

Please give our GoodRx support team a call at 888-799-2553, Candy, so they can contact the pharmacy regarding the price discrepancy. They're available Mon-Sun, from 6 AM to 9 PM CT.
I was being charged $42 for my RX, which was showing on the website for $8.xx. After calling the pharmacy I was charged $10.xx.

Great prices on RX. I have insurance and Gold RX often comes out cheaper. Unfortunately, with no rhyme or reason, my Gold RX ID on file at my pharmacy will just stop working. I can pick up a prescription for $12 one month, and the next it comes out at $85 (as an example) because my Gold RX ID isn’t attaching or something. So, it’s great when it works.

Well I pay for good tax gold and the last 2 or 3 times the price on a 3 of my prescription have gone up over $100,00. One time the pharmacist said let me check GoodRx and the price went down to about $30.00. But as of late the price you shout is not what the Drugstore is charging me.

Like using GoodRX because of the discounted prices however it seems as though they are not doing as good a job of keeping the prices down. ie. a prescription I was able get using GoodRX at $14 two months ago is now costing me $23. 64%increase. I found the same medication on another discount site for $11.

Hello Jay, GoodRx coupons are tied to a medication's cash price. Unfortunately, when the cash price fluctuates so do our coupons. In case it helps, we also provide information and links to the manufacturer coupons and other resources below the coupon listings on https://goodrx.co/savings.
Had to repeat everything 2 or 3 times. My app does not show gold price, but I'm a gold member. The lady I spoke with sent 2 cards, with different numbers so the pharmacy had to do trial and error. Very frustrating.
