I would love to give 5 stars as I’m quite happy with the service received. But I am disappointed that I cannot make payment with my HSA account. I guess that’s the downside to getting fair and reasonable prices. But anywhere else that I have gotten prescribed medication before I have paid for it with my HSA account

Prompt delivery

Generally I am well satisfied. Renewing my GLP-1 prescription has a slightly complicated procedure but otherwise I highly recommend.

The representatives are good to work with. My only complaint is the video chat system. If you are notified to attend one, you only have about 3 minutes before the chat times out. An advance notice telling me when the chat is to occur would be very helpful.

It's a great value, and won't have got our medications if I was short on cash. 1 medication was over $800, with GoodRX it only cost me $35.

I love being able to get a discount code for local pharmacies. That has always worked well. I needed a prescription and used their service for that, and a nurse practitioner was eventually able to get me a prescription. It was not a smooth process (I think it could be under optimal circumstances) but in the end they did get me a 90-day refill which was immensely helpful. I appreciated not having to spend the time / money to see a doctor or urgent care clinic. I signed up for their Gold membership and was able to cancel that without problem. I would use them again.

Great reduction in prices

It's a nice discount option, I just wish he'd showed up first whenever my pharmacist is looking to see if I have insurance. They keep putting my prescriptions on my overpriced insurance and not GoodRx.
