Every month my order is delayed. EVERY!!!. I DONT GET IT.

Everyone I go to submit for a refill, I’m required to submit all my info over again. When I spend lots of time putting in my medications, the site errors out. I’m so frustrated with the process. I usually do it on my phone, not sure if that’s the issue, but I’m frustrated the renewal process is so challenging. If I’m logged into my account, I should not have to reenter everything unless something has changed.

Getting care, coupons, and contacting doctors is easy. Cancelling medication and removing your card information is not. I’ve been charged after cancelling and have email confirmation I cancelled before I was to be charged again. I cannot remove my card information and it errors out each time

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Andy. Using the information you provided we were able to locate and cancel your account. Additionally, we have removed your card from our system and will be providing you a refund. Please note refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to complete.
The prescribers are very constrained in what they can do. Limits on medications for side effects shouldn’t exist. I’m not very happy with GoodRX for my GLP-1.

Additionally, our refill service is limited to certain prescriptions we are able to refill via telehealth. Please send us a message through your GoodRx Care Direct account, and we'll be more than happy to help.
I requested to have the shot and was still was given the pill form. The Wagovy and Ozempic shots work better for me! I am not loosing any weight nor have my appetite decreased with the pill form. Spending $300 I need what o know works for me.

I use a service to weed out spam calls and emails and identify who sold my information (by using a unique phone number/email address). Since my first prescription was placed with GoodRX, I just got inundated with spam calls because these guys obviously immediately sold all my info to data brokers. This happens all the time, but I feel for some reason with this company, it was a lot. If that's something that annoys you, like it does me, keep that in mind. That's what you're in for...
