Your prices went up don’t like it

I never use it, my insurance covers everything it does

When a first starting using GoodRx several years ago, their coupons were almost always accepted. Recently (2024), they are rejected 4 out a 5 times. Same store and same rx that were previously accepted.

CVS Pharmacy price gouging practices CVS has continually refused to accept your coupon for my maintenance medication. Although the price they gave me was lower than the retail price it’s still not the coupon price listed on the app. I ended up paying $30 more than the price I should have paid and your rep was not able to do anything about it! My maintenance meds are not a controlled substance. One is a prescription vitamin and the other is an antiflamation medication so the response from GoodRx is inaccurate.

We were able to locate your call in our system and it seems we had difficulties getting in contact with your local pharmacy to provide them with corrections. We're glad you were able to get your medications transferred to another location and hope the GoodRx coupons worked there.
In my case, points stopped being awarded, although I used their application. And now all the points have been written off without warning. I couldn't find their support team to clarify the information.

Hello there! If your account is inactive for 120 days, the points earned will expire. Your account is considered inactive if you have not used coupons, completed daily check-ins, or redeemed any rewards within a 120-day time period. If this was not the case, please give us a call at 888-799-2553, so we may investigate further.
Your prices are not the lowest. There are companies out there that don’t cost anything to get the discount

I am a member of the GoldRX. I have tried to use the gold price three times at my local CVS. It has not been honored. I have been given the normal price from the goodRX using their number. I realize I need to call your 800 number to try and get this resolved. Before that I used the GoodRx app and liked it that’s why I decided to pay monthly. I don’t seem to be getting my money’s worth.

I'm happy with GoodRX but I might have to switch pharmacies. Everytime I try to use GoodRX at my CVS that won't let me do it in drive thru. I have to come in the store and argue with them. This last time I was told that the head pharmacist decided that if a customer has insurance that they would not accept goodrx. They told me to come back the next day to talk to the head pharmacist. I argued that I've always been able to use it in the past. They finally let me use it but only because it was already in the system. They make it so difficult to use.
