Canonical LabsReviews of gocanonical.com

We worked with the team while onboarding to Stripe. We were extremely worried about fraud and chargebacks. They set us up with Stripe Radar, built rules, explained how to navigate different fraud patterns, and made sure that our launch was successful. It's been a few months since our first payment and we still haven't had a single problematic risk issue.

We brought in Canonical Labs after struggling with rising disputes and unclear fraud signals. Within a few weeks, they helped us rethink how we were using Stripe Radar and added a layer of intelligence we simply didn’t have before. What stood out most was how practical everything was. No theoretical models or overengineered dashboards—just clear actions that directly impacted approval rates and dispute outcomes. The team clearly understands how fraud actually shows up in production systems. We saw a meaningful lift in dispute win rates and better visibility into risky transactions without hurting good customer approvals. If you’re running payments at any scale and dealing with fraud or chargebacks, this is one of the few teams that actually knows what they’re doing.

Canonical Labs have gone above and beyond to create a product that can give peace of mind to any business knowing that any fraud that takes place is taken care of. I would recommend Canonical Labs to anyone looking to prevent any fraud in their business. Their team is next to none and responds professionally and quickly to any issue that arises. I cannot recommend this product more.
