Hey Stuart, As we explained, you did not cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date and were charged accurately according to the PayPal billing agreement you chose when you signed up. As stated in the Terms of Service you agreed, you are responsible for managing your own subscription as you see fit. We are very transparent about our policies in that we do not process refunds once the payment has been processed. This is why its important that you take responsibility for your own subscription and cancel when needed as you would with any other subscription service. Had you used the easy "Cancel" button in My Account, or contacted us prior to the renewal date, you would not have been charged. I have confirmed you cancelled your subscription today, so you won't be charged again going forward. Your 1 Year License Key will remain active until it expires next year. Hey Chris, Sorry to hear you are having issues getting the bot to work. With 8 years in business, 25+ games supported, and over 1 million users, I am convinced that I can get it working for you as well if you allow me. As you said, if it's not set up correctly, it won't work well at all. I see in your account you have been with us over 2 years with 16 orders and 4 support tickets that were all replied to. I see that you cancelled your subscription in February and then purchased a new Bot Server on May 6th. I assume that this new server is what you are having issues getting set back up? If so, I will be more than willing to log into your server and check out what you have set up incorrectly + add necessary time back onto your subscription. We're always happy to assist a long time customer and just want to see you get it working correctly! As clearly stated on the product page, throughout the checkout process, and in our Refund Policy in which you agreed, you must cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. On checkout you agreed: “I agree to the terms and conditions and authorize my payment method to be charged on a recurring basis until I cancel, which I can do at any time. I have read and understand the refund policy, how my subscription works and how to cancel my subscription.” Subscription Policy: To avoid a potential disruption to your Subscriptions, we offer automatic renewal, and it is enabled by default for all purchases. Unless you notify GnBots before the end of the applicable Subscription period that you want to cancel, your Subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable recurring fee for such Subscription using any credit card or PayPal account we have on record for you. Cancellation Policy: To cancel your subscription, you can click "CANCEL" on the My Account page, or remove your payment method from the payments page, or cancel your PayPal billing agreement through the PayPal website, or submit the cancellation form, or simply email us to cancel it for you. You can cancel using any of these methods at any time. By purchasing from GnBots, you are confirming: 1. You will automatically be billed on a recurring basis 2. You may cancel your subscription at any time 3. We cannot grant a refund once the renewal has processed 4. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription 5. You agreed to these terms on checkout. As you said, you were emailed about the upcoming charge and told you would need to cancel your subscription before it renewed as a refund would not be granted. As per our clear policies in which you agreed and your confirmation that you knew and understood this was a subscription - a refund was not granted and we stand by this decision.
