Hey Chelsey, Sorry to hear you are having issues with the Rallies action. As you know, Evony recently released major updates that forced us to rework many of the actions. We have fixed most of them and are continuing to work around the clock on the others. The Rallies Action got an update yesterday would should have solved any issues caused by the game update. You joined set setup chat at 11:07pm (the night for our setup staff in the USA) At 9:36am (10 hours later) we replied to you to start the setup. The setup service is not guaranteed in 12 hours. Instead all lost time taken from the start of your purchase to the completion of the setup is added back onto your subscription, so you lose no time. Estimated completion time on the setup service for 20 game accounts is 24-48 hours. Your subscription time starts as soon as the setup is complete, not when you purchased. Hey Yaroslav, Are you sure you are writing this review for the correct company? Our free trial is completely free to try prior to paying anything. You don't need to enter a credit card or any other sort of payment information to try it. Nowhere does it say you can "sign up and cancel 14 days later". You also don't need to contact support to try it or install it, and cancelling a subscription is all done easily and automatically via your My Account. We also don't contact, pass or share any sort of payment or personal data to a 3rd company, game moderators etc. The bot simply plays the game for you using manual actions and does not store any sort of data other than your license key. Hey there, Sorry to hear you had a mini farm account banned from Rise of Kingdoms. As we went over in your support ticket, you set up a brand new level 5 account and did not limit your play time as you suggest in this review. Remember, we verified via your logs that you ran it on Rise of Kingdoms (the most strict game for botting) 24/7 for 4 days on the same IP after creating the account. You were banned for over usage (not detected automatically) as that amount of play time is unrealistic and the game flagged your accounts. Rise of Kingdoms is trying to stop Chinese Resource Selling, so they put very strict limitations on new game accounts. Please create a new farm account but take it slow at first to keep from getting flagged. You can create as many of these farms as you like! We have players running hundreds of them at this very moment in ROK. Remember, your main account will always be safe regardless. It's just those new farm accounts that ever at risk. I looked up your account in the support center and noticed you have not created a help ticket. You are attempting to use the chat feature on the website which is not for software support as those agents are not software developers. Please create a ticket in support center where we can share screenshots and videos on how to solve any issue you may have. Remember, on checkout you agreed "I have tested the free trial and I am satisfied with the software results" No worries though! We are always happy to help.
