Caliman, answered all my wild questions. I know squat so he was really helpful. He answered noob to technical questions and the tip doc he sent was very informative, and it generated questions there too... so we played 20 questions like. So being a geek, he seemed very knowledgeable !

SamSun is amazing with knowledge. everytime i ran nox it kept telling me hyper v was still enabled. even when we disabled it. finally he figured it out and after a 30min to an hour struggle it works!

Customer service by Caliman was outstanding. Was thorough in figuring out a puzzling issue and kept with it until it was solved. Caliman was also very friendly and good humored. I enjoyed the time he worked on my account very much. If I have any more issues, I hope I get him again! Give him a raise guys! Thanks Caliman! ;)

Caliman was very helpful fixing two issues I’d been working on for a week. The product is great but with such a complex tech solution there is always something that can go wrong. I did my best to fix the issues myself but when I couldn’t he jumped in and fixed the issues in about an hour. Thanks man, obviously couldn’t have done it without you!
