Beware: GMAT Club Avoids Oversight and Disregards Consumer Rights
GMAT Club only submitted a response to a DCWP complaint after being separately contacted regarding their procedure for submitting an official complaint - a communication they have continued to ignore to this day. This shows a clear attempt to avoid regulatory oversight. Furthermore, the absence of any formal internal complaint-handling process demonstrates a disregard for fair consumer practices and transparency.
