Quite a fun store, I can see why so many influencers want to head here

I'm new to glossier but have heard alot about it so tried out their lip balms (rose, Cookie dough and cake batter) I like the pink packaging it came in and the balms are lovely so would purchase again. Knocked down one star as I thought it would be bigger considering the price and you have to warm it up each time as due to the cold weather it's a struggle to squeeze it out of the tube.

Good products. My favorite is the You perfume, it is something quite unique. I also love their body care line. Customer service is always top notch for me.

I have been trying to order products from glossier for my 4 nieces for hours and I can't check out! It's so frustrating. I don't know what's going on. They have all asked for glossier products for Christmas and I just can't check out! I have tried again today to order items for Christmas presents and I'm delighted to say that this time I successfully placed my order so I have changed my review. I only wish it had been so easy yesterday. If my nieces hadn't specifically asked for glossier products I would have given up and bought them something else.

Love Glossier so much! I’ve had great experiences with all online orders and was lucky enough to be in central London when the pop up was in town! It was so cool and Glossier team serving the customers were great and so friendly (however, bad vibes coming from the big bosses who I did see mooching around. Too busy on their phones and gossiping to overview the customer experience). Products great, packaging great, marketing great and inclusion great! I am happy to be a customer x

I love the scent of their hand cream and the perfume is delightful, however, it just doesn’t last. I find within an hour at the most, the scent has just gone. Which is a shame because it’s such a gorgeous scent.

Amazing customer service, great products and quick delivery. Very cute packaging! I will definitely continue to shop here.
