I have been a subscriber for 7 months and have always been thrilled with my boxes and add on’s. My friends have been so happy with their gifts.

I’ve had a subscription for about a year. I love it! Beautiful, good quality products and story on vendors are great. I enjoy seeing the pieces in my home and look forward to more boxes. I do wish they had more choices. A lot of it is central to kitchen eating which is great but can only use so much of that! They just did “beauty” themed boxes I really enjoyed. Hope for more of these choices in the future

I've been a subscriber for a few years and have enjoyed the products, the artisan stories, customer service, the delivery and the overall experience. There have been timeline delays due to COVID but the company has been upfront about it plus it's literally a world wide pandemic.

I found this company and instantly fell in love. I bought a 1 year subscription. I'm a single mom in grad school so I'm broke, and this was definitely meant to be a little monthly reward for me. I was heartbroken when I read the reviews. I definitely can't afford to just throw money away on a scam and I was skeptical. I made my first selection and waited. I got an email about shipping and it said it included my box, plus the bonus gift for a year subscription. When it arrived, it was just the bonus gift... no box. I reached out to customer service and still haven't heard back from them... but my box arrived today! Yall the products are beautiful. I absolutely love them all just like I knew I would. This is a small company, and they are sourcing stuff from all over the world... during a global pandemic. I'm sure that is difficult at best. I'm so glad I gave them a chance though! I'm super happy with them, even with the extra couple of weeks I had to wait for my full order.

I received a six month subscription as Christmas a gift. In January I couldn’t decide between two boxes so selected one and ordered the other as an add-on. Due to world-wide shipping delays, I didn’t receive my first shipment until the beginning of March. Well, it was definitely worth the wait! Amazing quality products. My February box arrived mid-March and again I was impressed. Can’t wait for my next box to arrive! I also reached out to customer service twice, the first time my reply came after a week and a half, the second time I had an answer back in a couple days with a few back and forth emails the same day. Very impressed with the improvements to customer service over the past month and a half.

My first package arrived. Love the items I got. Very elegant. Love supporting others. Love unoque things!!!

My experience with customer service has been limited as, until covid, I had encountered no problem. I recently placed a market order which I did not receive. The email exchange was prompt, pleasant and successful. Thanks.

They have wonderful items, but communication is lacking. When I signed up, was suppose to get 2 free wine glasses, never did, then renewal hits without warning, while still waiting on last box to even ship plus an add on order I did. Why would the subscription renew before the other was even fulfilled. I would have renewed IF it were done after completion of the first subscription. I really would have like to have gotten the 2 free wine glasses for signing up, but oh well..Like I said they have wonderful items and I really enjoyed and liked my boxes, but they need to work on replying to the customers, took me over a week to even make sure my subscription went through when I did it, and I was upset when the renewal was done without a heads up, like an email saying Hi Donna it's time for renewal, you will be automatically charged, etc etc. instead of me noticing $144 out of my account and still waiting for the first subscription to be completed and fulfilled. All and all I still give 5 stars like I said I did really enjoy my boxes.
