I was pleasantly surprises with th quality of my box. I choose the Slurp II box. Delivery just took alot longer than expected.

I love my new subscription. This is a great company from what I have seen so far. I had one small issue and reached out to customer care and they promptly responded to resolve the issue. The items I have recieved are wonderful and compliment my home and life. I would recommend anyone to try them.

I am really enjoying all the products that I receive every month. I did sign up for a yearly subscription but I was under the impression that the payments would be monthly which they were not. I must have misunderstood, or it wasn't very clearly indicated. The website breaks the amounts down into monthly costs to show how much you save when you increase the duration of your subscription. I was shocked when the entire year was charged to my credit card up front. Maybe it was my fault for not reading the information? I'm not sure. However, the products in the boxes are really nice and I really enjoy them. I love the idea of supporting local artisans around the world and helping to support their businesses. The products that I have received so far are of excellent quality. I have seen a lot of complaints on the Facebook page about people not getting their orders but other than the usual delays due to Covid, I have not had any problems. I live in Canada and I expect things to take a little longer to arrive. I haven't had anything arrive broken, in fact, the packaging is really well done. Good job, GlobeIn!

Just to clarify; Our subscriptions are charged up front which is explained in the Order Summary section during the sign up process, before you hit the "Place Order" button. The total includes the subscription cost as well as the shipping, which is $10/month in the U.S. (1st month free shipping). The more months you buy up front, the more you save! The total amount you will be billed is listed during checkout before the order is submitted. Best, The GlobeIn Family
Great for those who appreciate quality goods and care about social causes! Only drawback is paying duties and so much packaging material.

The items that come with each box have information on the artist and their place of origin. The items are well made and make really nice gifts.

Very beautiful and high quality items. I never had any issues with delayed shipping or broken items. Less a star because of exorborant shipping costs to Canada ($30cad was added to my last order after already paying $20 for shipping 2 small glasses, one plate, and a chocolate bar.
