A victim of Global Trans Van Lines
I hired this company for an interstate move, and problems started immediately. They showed up late (started at 5:00pm) for pickup and didn’t leave my house until around 2:30 AM, which was extremely disruptive for my family. Bonus, they increased the price on the day of the move and made last-minute changes to documents that were not clearly explained. Now the situation is worse. They missed the delivery timeframe, and as of today, I have no idea where my belongings are, no delivery date, and no real communication. Every time I reach out, the response is just “there is no update.” I’ve also been told my items are not even on a truck, even though I never authorized them to unload or store anything. It has been 40 days that they have been keeping my belongings hostage. This has caused a lot of stress and disruption. If you’re considering this company, be aware you could end up with no answers, no timeline, and no visibility into where your belongings are.
