I have not yet recived the glasses, They are many days overdue.

Don't use them for glasses. I have had to open multiple support tickets to figure out what was going on with my purchase. The website is contradictory in regards to shipping. You pay for 5-7 days but your order says 10-12 days, very confusing. Upon receiving my glasses, the prescription wasn't correct. I took the glasses to a local optician and they said it didn't match the prescription I provided to them. Upon telling them this they said they would send a replacement lens I could take and have replaced or do it myself. I paid good money and should have to finish the job myself. I have been trying to return the glasses with no response from customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

I ordered two pairs of glasses on 8/20. I ordered them for an upcoming trip on 9/18. I called the week before I was to leave, because I had not received the glasses. First time I called I was told that the computer system was incorrect and the status in the computer was not correct and that I would receive the glasses before I left for my trip. I was also told that I would receive an e-mail the next day. I called again the following Monday. I was told that the glasses could be delivered before the 18th. I was not given a reason for the delay. I was still concerned about getting the glasses before my trip, so I used to service where you can talk to a representative on the computer. This time I was not told when the glasses would arrive. I wasn't really told very much. I called again on Friday. At this point I realized I would not have the glasses by the 18th. While I was gone the 1 pair of glasses arrived around the 9/24. I called the other day, because I only received one pair. They told me twice that I received one pair already, which is what i already knew. They said the other pair shipped 9/23. I received no e-mail stating they had been shipped. They also told me this time there was something wrong with the lenses and they had to be remade and that is why it has taken so long. I was never told any of this all the times I called. It is now 10/1/12 and I have only received 1 pair of glasses. The other pair has not arrived yet. I am not happy with the amount of time it has taken to complete my order. I think if there was a problem with making the lenses I should have been contacted, so that i would know that it would know it would take longer to receive the items.

I have not recived the glasses and disappointed ,did not realize it would take this long. Joe

It took one month, three phone calls, and two lame excuses from a Global Eyeglasses customer service rep before I received my glasses. I have purchased eyeglasses from three of your online competitors and received them within seven days. They also provided informative emails that notified me of the status of my shipment and enabled me to track the delivery. Global Eyeglasses did not. My friends and I buy eyeglasses like we buy shoes ... lots of them but, we won't be buying them from Global Eyeglasses. It's apparent that you can't provide timely delivery or honest customer service.

It took six weeks for my order to arrive. When I ordered from another online vendor, it took only six DAYS.

Just received my order after a long waiting time. Unable to use. Contacted customer service and was told to send them my prescription. If they made it wrong then they will issue RMA.??? I am taking this glass to my eye doctor for examination and then forward them the result. The frame sure looks not as quality as expected, but it is secondary to me and functionality is more important.

I received my order # 100007061 last week. I emailed you but have not got a response. The one pair was marked for reading and one pair for distance. I can not get up and walk with the reading pair and can not see 3 feet in front of me with the distance pair on. I don't know if I mis marked them or what but I'm thinking I need a bi focal. Can anyone help as theses glasses don't work for me at all. Thanks Sandy
