Love getting eye glasses at a fraction of the cost !!

This was the first time I have purchased eyeglasses online and on the whole, I was very satisfied with the experience. Unfortuneately, I left on a cruise before my glasses arrived, but on my return, they ere waiting and I was pleasantly surprised to see they fit perfectly. It took me about a day to get used to the new perscription. I'm getting lots of compliments on my new glasses and would definately order from global again! Chris M

My shipment was postponed for a considerable amount of time due to customs clearance. I never received notice from the company, until I inquired about it 16 days after it's shipment date. Although this is NOT Global Eyeglasses fault, it would behoove them to put in place safeguards that enable them to notify customers about hiccups in shipments. Notification goes a long way in satisfying a customers disgruntlement. You may still be disappointed but you know it is out of the companies control and they are trying to keep you updated. Thank You for the opportunity.

Really enjoying the sunglasses I ordered. Fit perfectly and no adjustments needed. Price with a coupon was outstanding plus. Have recommended to friends already as an option.

All in all, it was a pleasant transaction, but did require many emails and a couple of phone calls that had poor reception on their end. Jim
