I was worried about trying this at first, but they had three frames that I liked. I checked to make sure the website was legit and it was so I went for it. Currently, I was only looking for and ordered frames, no lenses. I originally didn't see/read where it said that it could take many weeks for the frames to arrive so I got concerned after some time had passed. I did eventually learn that one of the pairs that I ordered was on back-order and is why it was taking longer that expected. I did call several times to check on them because I personally didn't find the process online very user friendly, but that could have just been me? During one of my calls the last person I spoke to actually took the time to look into my order and told me about the delay and why. They then told me they could ship out the ones that were there instead of waiting for the back order on the third pair. Of course I said yes and they arrived as planned! Although, I waited longer than expected the frames are exactly what I wanted and the prices were good!

My questions were answered immediately. But suggestion is to update customers when there are delays in orders.

I can't believe that I am saving this much money. I have not received my order yet but I have hope it was worth purchasing my glasses on line. AW

I had placed an order on 1/21. They notified me of a frame color not being available anymore. I had some questions about lense size. I contacted them via chat sessions on 4 or 5 different occasions. Each time people were very helpful but I was frustrated that they couldn't edit my order. They finally suggested that I cancel existing order and reorder. That what I finally did today on 1/28. When I reordered, pricing went up and I was not happy. Opened another chat session and they finally got me a code to replace the code that I used that got me within .72 of my previous price. I was still not sure why it was not the same. I dropped one item from my cart to get the price back in range of where it was previously. I will now wait to see how my glasses turn out. This is not a 50.00 purchase. We are looking at a significant purchase amount. I hope my glasses turn out well.

Long wait but glasses are flawless, ray ban frames with progressives, absolutely perfect Great prices, outstanding quality.

I too had a delay in getting my (sun)glasses, but it wasn't that long and so I believe that like many other businesses, GP had some staffing/supplier issues. In the end, I'm very happy with my purchase experience

the visa pay feature had a glitch and booted me back couldnt tell if the purchase had gone thru. then i called and had a grea tpersopn answer and tell me to use pay pal and after thta worked great thanks

Everything went smoothly until I was getting ready to check out and as it would enter the shipping and billing info the website would revert back to my cart and all my info I spent time entering would be erased. This happened multiple times, which I found frustrating but it did finally work and looking forward to getting my glasses. Would be nice if you included an estimated delivery time.
