Glasses came fast. I wanted distance and reading and put the prescription in with copy prescription and I got readers only. So not super excited

Beware! Using insurance makes them revert to full price even if you’ve picked a sale item! When I asked for help with this, they stated that it was their policy that no promos are accepted with insurance payments. So I called my insurance company and found that they had billed them for over $500, my invoice showed $283 and my screenshot when I checked out showed $141.50. I smell fraud

Selecting the glasses for my order was straightforward; however, the frames I received lacked the transition lenses that I specifically ordered and paid for. Resolving this issue will likely involve a cumbersome process of reordering the correct glasses and arranging for the current pair to be replaced.

I like the glasses, the prescription is correct, however, the lenses are not the thickness of what I paid extra for. I paid for extra thin lenses, the ones I received, are extra THICK, not very happy with this, I will contact costumer service for this.

Excellent customer service. However one of my prescription sunglasses lenses came with an unfinished edge on the upper portion. This defect left a white noticeable line not to my liking. I went to reddit and found a solution which is to use a fine tip cd black marker and carefully run it against the line. I am lucky my frame is black and this remedy kind of minimized the defect.

Had to call first girl good got me my $20 off and got disconnected. Logged in it wasn’t fixed . Another lady wanted me to pay $100 extra and said I would get my promo code then , logged back in latter and purchased at a $20 increase , I was a new customer and signed up for their email and text for $20 off first purchase , would like my $20

First off, got to get used to them, they seem like different progressive lenses, although could be the different frames. But the worst part was the expedited shipping! Told me three different shipping dates on 3 different days! A little frustrating!

I liked how easy it was to see the true price of the glasses with my insurance applied. However, when I ordered them to be delivered to my nearest lense crafters, NOT my home, they ended up being delivered to an address I haven't lived at in over two years. I thought maybe I clicked ship to home by mistake but I did not, as my email notified me that they were ready to pick up at lense crafters. Double check all your info before placing an order.
