I ordered sun glasses on my first order with them and they came as regular glasses no tint at all.

I accidentally ordered two pair of glasses. I guess both pairs were in my cart. I contacted Customer Support and requested that a pair of glasses be canceled. I was told it was. Now I am built for two pair of glasses.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE. Customer support is very bad. The workers in lab don't do their work. Don't fall for their shipping date. Thats bogus date they provide. They keep adding 1 or 2 extra days every day when that date is about to reach. Most of it is AI driven , no human in the loop.

Paid for 2 day delivery charge, order showed up 8 days later. They did refund the 2 day charge, 7-10 business days to refund.

When I wear the glasses, my distant vision is blurry. The transition doesn't seem accurate. I am very surprised. I see much better with my old glasses. I am returning the glasses.
