Sold restricted viewing tickets at full price
Been to many gigs (always bought through TM) however the pre-sale ticket I bought took me to G&T. Arrived at seat to find production equipment in front of me - no mention when buying full priced tickets of any restrictions. Reached out to G&T after who directed me to Gigs in Scotland who were not interested at all - even after sending photos of said restrictions. Couldnt even look at the screens as they were also restricted viewing due to production rigs.
