I have ordered 3 mugs from Giftymize. The first two were perfect but the third one arrived broken. The company acted immediately to replace it. I am very pleased with Giftymize, and would not hesitate to order from them again.

You added an additional cat to the mug I ordered. Thank you! It is perfect!

I ordered two mugs as gifts of remembrance. I was hopeful that it will look just like the picture on the website, and once I received it...the products exceeded all of my expectations!!! I will most definitely order again!

I love my mugs! One came with a chip in it, I E-mailed the company, and they sent me a new one within a week. They are a wonderful company and great customer service!
