My original MV1 just didn’t heat as it should. I worked at it for several month and never could get the vapor that was required to treat my pain. Sent an email and the excellent George in Customer Service counseled me thru some tests which I already knew to do. But then he had me take out the heat sink and hit the button to look at the burners. It looked like a dying flashlight..ya know? They sent me a return label and sent it to the tech test department. Confirmed that I needed a replacement. Sent it back by 2nd day mail. These folks really stand by their warrenty. Totally unlike my experience a year of so ago when I bought my first battery operated vape from Planet of the Vapes..... absolutely horrible CS. Just returned the vape, cant remember the brand for a refund. So then I really did my research and decided it was worth the money to try this Ghost MV1. Have been using it for abut 10 months when this cooling of my heating element happened and I have to say that I am so totally impressed with how I was treated during the return, test, renew process that I am gonna be a happy Ghost customer for a very long time.

The MV1 has allowed me to experience different flowers without the risk of getting a flower that just doesn’t cut it for me. To clarify, In the past an 8th of a zip would burn up in five days. An 8th I didn’t like was disappointing but still had to be burned... Now my risk is a gram and if I like it, I know I can morei. YThat gram a day has turned into a gram every two and a half days. A substantial savings. I’d recommend the five crucible offer as an add on. It will make sense after you get your MV1. A different strain in every one if you like. Lastly, it is the healthiest way to “as I say it” , take your medicine.

Had a very hard time ordering online...due to fraud prevention... but the customer service was amazing. It took a few attempts to finally get my Ghost... but it was well worth the wait. Thank you
