Unprofessional and Completely Unresponsive
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I scheduled and attended a Zoom meeting with Chetan to discuss a serious GoHighLevel project for my business. The meeting lasted approximately two minutes, and I was left feeling dismissed, as though my business was not worth his time. I have proof if needed. I recommend Automize. Good people. Super professional. After the meeting, I sent him a detailed email explaining exactly what I needed and followed up multiple times asking whether he was interested and whether he planned to send a proposal. He never responded—not even with a simple message saying that he was not interested or that we were not a good fit. Completely ignoring a potential client after taking a meeting is disrespectful and shows poor communication. I would have respected an honest answer, but being left waiting with no response is simply bad business. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with him.
