I uploaded two photos to create a personalized Zombie Love Story video, but the faces didn't match. Support gave me credits to try again, but the second attempt was only partially successful. The first half looked good, while the faces in the second half were completely different. When I requested another attempt, support stopped responding. I wasn't asking for my money back — I just wanted the video I paid for. I'm giving 2 stars because support initially tried to help. My advice: Choose a service that guarantees results or offers free retries. Otherwise, you risk wasting your money without getting what you paid for.
