Doing inspection of an apartment as a renter, i like how inspection process in RentCheck app is broken down by areas/rooms, with instructions what to look for and how to take photos; that did not have to complete it all at once (progress is saved). Had an issue with completed report PDF causing app to crash - contacting support, an CSR (Emmy) replied within minutes and gave me link to download the report - amazing!

The support team is extremely responsive and accommodating where they can. I made a suggestion and within minutes it was implemented for me. Although it is somewhat of a work around it will suit our needs until it is fully integrated into the program. Many thanks for the quick response Jack!
