Horrible product and even worse customer service. I bought the KeySmart Flex for 8 keys in June of 2021. First of all I could only insert 5 keys comfortably and my keys weren't especially thick. Secondly, the thing broke within 5 months of normal use. Amazon sent me a replacement unit, which I started using even more carefully. Within 6 months this second one broke, which is why I am writing this review. It feels like a complete ripoff and a fraud. After contacting the KeySmart customer service I was redirected back to Amazon, saying they should help me and that was it. No help, no token of understanding. Nothing. Absolute rubbish service and a rubbish product. Stay away from the KeySmart Flex and KeySmart customer service.

Ordered their cleanlight air xl 3 for 1 black Friday sale. Price was great until Fedex called and said I owed $171 in duties and taxes! Buyer beware!

Poor customer service. Poor delivery choices for "premium" products. Can;t get it delivered. You reach them via email, which is an automated response that they will contact me "in two days" That is of no help since the post office will return the package. Meanwhile, I get lots of emails asking me to joining their community and updates, etc. Try focusing on customer service first, gentlemen. I had to contest the charge through Amex. To much of my time has been wasted.

One star is too high. Received the one I ordered after significant delay only to discover upon unboxing that it is split down the middle, the tile doesn't work, and the light won't charge. Key smart said I could return it at my cost for a refund or they would just send a replacement. I took the latter. Well, what do you know, the second one is worse. It's junk, don't waste your money.

I bought their product through a Facebook ad. Shortly after payment was processed they sent me an email about how they had had such unexpectedly high demand and how shipping was now delayed as a result. This sounds like a plausible scenario, apart from, the email sounded extremely scammy. Since that first email, I have had numerous follow up messages about how they have now had another delivery in, oh but alas, just not enough to send one out to me. Each and every single one of those messages sound as if they had been composed by the infamous Nigerian prince in person. I will now have to take the legal route to try and recover my money, but looking at other reviews I’m not getting my hopes up.

I was scammed by this company. Their product is manufactured in China, but it was delayed. I received a notification that the item was shipped to me, but the tracking number was a fake and it was never shipped. I waited about two months while continuing to attempt to reach out to customer service but it’s they have completely disappeared. Stay away from this company.

Can’t give 0 stars so they have to have a 1. They do not advertise that they do not cover the import duty so expect to pay another 40-50% on top of the price they advertise. Go to a reputable UK company.

Stay clear of this company, they offer FREE delivery worldwide, but then FAIL to pay the import duty, leaving you to do so! This is at least underhand, and also illegal, and at worse this ends up almost being a scam! I have refused to pay the unpaid import duty (that they should have paid) and therefore I will not be getting the goods I purchased. I have rejected them, and informed the company, but as others have mentioned, I'm getting the run-around, so I have started a PayPal claim against them for non-delivery, breach of contract and false advertising. You have been warned.... Update: Wow, over 5 years to reply to my review, and also for them to flag it as containing harmful/illegal content, what? What I wrote was factual and fair at the time of ordering (look at the many other 1 star reviews). As to import duty there was no mention of that not being paid by them on their site (most other international companies either include this in the price, or explicitly state that import duties are not included), or on the checkout page or the order emails they sent, so their statement is at the very least disingenuous…
