About CaseLink

Card shows move fast. Inventory, offers, holds, sales, purchases, trades, and expenses often end up scattered across spreadsheets, messages, notes, and memory. CaseLink is sports card dealer software that connects these workflows in one system built specifically for card show operations. • Before the show: Dealers can organize inventory, assign cards to display cases, prepare prices, print labels, and publish active cards through a mobile-friendly show portal. Collectors can browse available inventory, save cards, and submit offers before they reach the table. • During the show: Dealers and authorized staff can review offers and counteroffers, place cards on hold, record sales, purchases, and trades, and keep every transaction connected to the correct card. • After the show: CaseLink helps reconcile remaining inventory, expenses, and results, so cleanup does not depend on rebuilding the weekend from scattered notes. • What makes CaseLink different: CaseLink takes a show-first approach. It is not designed as a generic retail POS or a passive collection tracker. It connects preparation, collector demand, show-day activity, and post-show reporting around the same inventory records. Role-based staff access, QR-enabled public pages, thermal labels, and structured operational records support dealers who work alone or with a team. • Data and feedback: Dealers retain ownership of the inventory and business information they enter and can export their data. CaseLink is currently being introduced through a controlled dealer rollout while its real-world show workflows continue to be tested and improved. We welcome honest feedback from dealers and collectors who have used CaseLink. Reviews help us understand what works at the table, what creates friction, and where the product should improve next. • Learn more at getcaselink.com.
