Be careful before spending time earning on Caddle
I used Caddle legitimately in Canada and reached the $20 cash-out threshold. When I requested my payout, my account was suddenly shut down. First, I was told that I was operating outside of Canada. This does not make sense to me because my receipts, including receipts from the day my account was banned, were from stores in Canada. After I emailed them challenging that explanation, I then received an email saying that I had more than one account. I have not knowingly operated multiple accounts. I emailed Caddle several times to dispute this and provide clarification, but I have received no response. They seem to ignore you when it is convenient for them. What concerns me most is the timing: my account was shut down after I had reached the minimum amount required to cash out. I have also found other users reporting account closures, payout problems, and difficulties getting responses from customer support. I cannot prove that Caddle deliberately shuts down accounts to avoid paying users and pocket the funds themselves, so I won't claim that as a fact. But based on my experience and the reviews left by other users, there appears to be a concerning pattern that potential users should be aware of before spending their time earning money through this app.
