They have ZERO customer service
They have ZERO customer service. We used them for payments through B-stock. We sent a wire payment as we always do on the payment due date. Later that day, they took the money via ACH. When we attempted to contact them via their site, they responded 3 days later. Didn't address the wire and just said ACH withdrawals take 3 days to apply. When we wrote back, still haven't recieved a response after two days. Will likely have to report it stolen through our bank.
