Paid for a DNA kit £85 company say they have not received the sample which I sent back special delivery recorded. I approve that it was delivered but they say they cannot find the sample and will not refund my money. I would never deal with this company, an absolute waste of money.

They are scummers..do not buy their kit

Been emailing since Sunday for an update on my kit being delivered. Only had one reply, no phone number to contact and still don’t know where my order is as no update has been given.

Kit arrived quickly and the final report is very well put together. Be aware that although they advertise results in 1-2 days, samples sit between arrival at the return address and the lab for up to three weeks. In my case the whole process took about a week, which is great. Be prepared to wait a few weeks in some cases though.
