While setting up the service, I was able to be walked through it easily. Phone was shipped in a timely manner and was able to be used right away per requested. Very please!!

Love the service just wish my phone was bigger my eyes are bad but other then that service is good

For eligible customers, Lifeline phones are provided for free as a courtesy from Gen Mobile. These phones are designed for essential use (calls, texts, and light browsing). You can also bring your own compatible device to our service. Please call us at 611 from your Gen Mobile phone, so we can help you find a better fit.
I love everything about my service! I've never had a problem, and would definitely recommend to anyone.
