Be Careful Before Working With GBQ
I recently read a detailed expose and reviewed legal filings about Talentcrowd, the company GBQ acquired. The documents include serious allegations of stolen intellectual property, forged LLC filings, and misuse of personal information, all currently tied up in court proceedings . GBQ is an accounting firm, so it is concerning that they moved forward with this acquisition despite these issues being public record. This raises questions about their due diligence and the standards they apply when handling client matters. My advice is to research the court documents yourself and ask GBQ for answers before trusting them with sensitive financial work. Transparency matters, and consumers deserve to know the full picture.
