Poor unethical communication practices
Poor unethical communication practices. To get information about my account in written form, Gas South is requesting the last 4 of my social security number by email which is not secure. It is legal for Gas South by GA law to request my partial social security number through an unsecured communication method like email but it is highly unethical. All I am asking Gas South for, is the first day I can cancel my service with them, without incurring a cancelation fee.
