Called in to ask about a particular product on the website. The website did not have the color electrode I wanted. He promptly checked to see if one was in stock, and sent me a invoice for it. So quick and efficient.

Incredible customer service and products. I can always count on quick turnaround when I need a resolution for my business equipment. It's also easy to replace products / parts for my equipment. It always arrives promptly and packed well so I can setup and start using.

Great experience! Customer service helped trouble shoot my broken shampoo bowl through pictures! The fix ended up being small . Thank goodness. Great quality salon furniture!
