The item doesn't work at all can't make it do what it says it can do , delivery was slow and didn't make sense to the time frame

I paid for 2-3 day delivery and have been waiting for a week

Ordered over a week ago and no shipment email.

There is no customer service on this website ..all you can do is submit a request to talk with someone and never hear back from them I will never shop here

I ordered 2 NES 8Bits and got 2 SNES ones instead. I was met with poor customer service communication (they didn't answer any of my questions except a canned script response), wouldn't send me the actual products I ordered until they received their incorrect order back, and finally after all of that I still haven't gotten my damn order. You guys suck

Had to contact my credit card company because they wouldn't contact me back to replace the bad controller I received.
